thye probably only ask if you've had a wax before, how long ago, and how much you want off. Thats it. They use the same wax but it is clean, germ free, and untouched by anyone else. And it depends on the person, but typically you'll see litle hairs in 3 weeks, and then it will really start to come in at about 6 maybe 8 weeks.
