Brazilian wax: Professionally done or at-home kit?

Does it hurt like crazy??

Any insights on shaving vs. waxing?

I have never gotten a Brazilian, so any insight/tips would be helpful. Thanks!Brazilian wax: Professionally done or at-home kit?
GIRL... if you're planning on waxin' anywhere NEAR your 'business' you'd better just go on ahead and pay a pro.

Otherwise, you'll be sitting in your bathroom late at night with a piece of paper stuck to a blob of wax on your wahoo that you're too chicken to rip off. NOT pretty.

Waxing results last longer because the hair's been pulled out by the root. It takes a bit of time for the root to regenerate and for the follicle to come back. Shaving is a much more regular thing. And, of course, there's the issue of pulling the hair out of sensitive skin.... just like with tweezing eyebrows, you eventually get 'used' to it. But it can still be uncomfortable.

Good luck, girlie.Brazilian wax: Professionally done or at-home kit?
Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.

Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.

Electrolysis and laser hair removal are ';permanent'; hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.
