Definitely take something with an anti-inflammatory. Ibuprofen works best. It doesn't do much for the pain but it helps the swelling afterwards. You should go to a beauty supply store and get a topical numbing gel. That helps a bit.
Tylenol isn't really strong enough to numb the pain of a Brazilian. I'll admit I used to take vicodin before my waxes before I got used to them! That just took the edge off, but it still hurt. The pain is worth it in the end though.

Take 600mg of Advil (3x200mg) and use a numbing spray you can buy one where they sell the brand gigi wax(a lot of salons have them on site too).
